For first time renters, please contact Jeanne@studiotimeout.com to get approval and have training on how to use the space.  Set thermostat accordingly when you leave.  Take out any trash generated and remove off the property.    Leave the space clean.   No scents allowed (room fresheners, dryer sheets, scented laundry detergent, no incense). Essential oils, plants, flowers are all fine. Please be sure your clients know to not come in with dryer sheet use or scented laundry detergent.
