About the Class

This strength and mobility class is for children just starting their fitness journey or looking to expand their fitness exposure.  This class focuses on building strength, mobility and stamina with intensity based on each individual's background and ability.  The curriculum is designed to be fun, challenging and rewarding and uses a variety of techniques and equipment for a well-rounded experience.  Instruction time is 50 minutes followed by 10 minutes of cool down.
