About the Class

Take a break from homework & get the wiggles out in our Aerial Silk hammocks. Provided at a convenient time & with a discount. For ages 4-15.  A certified Aerial Yoga instructor will be onsite to guide and assist when needed. Please NOTE: - Children ages 5 and under must have a parent/guardian with them. - Parents of children 6 & older may leave the premises, however we require a prompt pick-up as we will have another class immediately afterwards. We will ask children to wash their hands prior to using the hammocks to preserve the longevity of the silks. Parents will be required to sign a waiver form (first time only). Please have your child wear form-fitting clothes. Loose clothing can bunch up and be a bit painful when children are bound up in the hammocks. It is strongly recommended that pants are worn to avoid “silk burns”. We can't wait to play & flip with your child!
