About the Class

Get ready to work up a sweat & build strength from core on up... all from the comforts of your home & using minimal equipment. This 30 minute class is perfect for all fitness levels & includes cardio & strength so you can get the best bang for your buck! All classes are held on Zoom. Option to join IN PERSON as well! Equipment used: 8-10lb. & 2-5lb. dumbbells, a loop band & mat These classes will be recorded - you will have 48 hours to complete workout before it is deleted. Once you have clicked on the link & entered the meeting ID, you will wait in the “waiting room” until I let you in. There will be no late entries.
