This innovative group training session lets you join during designated time windows, so you can start your 45-minute workout at a time that works for you. Why Group Flex? Convenient Timing: Drop in at your preferred time during our morning, midday, or evening windows. Guided Workouts: Enjoy trainer-led exercises tailored to your fitness level and goals. Supportive Community: Train alongside others in a motivating and energetic group environment. Schedule: Monday – Friday Morning: 5:00am – 8:30am Midday: 11:30am – 12:30pm Evening: 4:00pm – 6:00pm Make fitness fit your life with Group Flex.
