This class combines an amazing full-body workout with functional stretching exercises. TRX® classes focus on developing core strength and balance, using the TRX® suspension training system. This is a full-body workout that utilizes your own body weight to enhance coordination, mobility, balance and strength, and makes daily movements more efficient and precise.  Please note: TENNIS SHOES ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS CLASS.
