Join Judy Raby of JARBarre for a one of kind experience - Yoga Fusion to Barre.   Yoga-Barre Fusion - is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, yoga and strength training. This class incorporates pop-up ballet barres and uses classic dance moves such as plies, alongside yoga flow movements - the combined effect is longer, stronger muscles. Best workout around for you core, thighs and glutes!   You KNOW there's nothing like a good JARBarre workout!
