In this full body strength workout you will learn to stabilize your torso (shoulders to pelvis) to move safely and efficiently using TRX suspension training exercises and other modalities such as BOSUs, gliders and medicine ball. This fun and challenging interval-style group training class will help you improve your balance and increase total body strength and mobility so you can move through your day feeling strong, confident and full of energy. This is an all-levels class (with small group size modifications can be made for each individual).
