Rae excelled as a three-sport athlete in basketball, track, and football, gaining insights into strength and conditioning training. A North Carolina native, his success in high school athletics, including multiple state championships, led to collegiate track and field at UNC-Chapel Hill, where he majored in Exercise Sport Science.For the past six years, Rae has provided personal and sports performance training, fostering leadership in youth athletes and helping many secure collegiate scholarships. His functional training and human movement expertise enable him to design effective programs to empower athletes and individuals of all ages and fitness levels.Outside of training, Rae coaches cross country, basketball, and track and field at The Burlington School while running skill development sessions for basketball players. He enjoys playing basketball, lifting, reading, and gaming in his leisure time.
