The Southpaw Training Center Power Yoga is a rigorous class that offers a yoga flow that is meant to build strength and power. This class focuses on building and engaging your core strength to support your wellness journey. Power Yoga strengthens, balances and exhilarates the body and mind. Light weights may be used for a full body lift. This class is a balance of both strength and conditioning as well as a slow flow vinyasa. All levels are welcome, variations are offered.
