This class is for both beginner and seasoned lyra students. Class will be as follows: Warm up followed by drills on and off the lyra that will help with engagement and body awareness: resistance bands and blocks may be used. A range of skills from beginner to intermediate. Short cool down and check in. This class will focus on technique and skill acquisition. We want to build strong healthy bodies for longevity! We highly recommend pairing with Stretch + Mobility for Pole/Aerial.
