Kickboxing Bootcamp: With a similar feel as boot camp, this class incorporates non-choreographed bag work, which includes different forms of upper and lower body moves. This class can help improve your endurance, and sculpt and strengthen both upper and lower body muscle groups. Gloves are not required, but are recommended.

This class is for all fitness levels and modifications can be made to any move.
