Led by the experienced Jan Brandt, who has been with us for over 20 years, and our new instructor, Kathy Szczepaniak, this class is filled with lively 50's music that will keep you moving and smiling. Designed to enhance your muscular strength, range of motion, and daily life skills, Silver Sneakers offers a variety of exercises tailored to your needs. You’ll use free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, and more, with a chair available for seated moves and added stability. Whether you’re looking to stay active, improve mobility, or just enjoy a fun workout with friends, Silver Sneakers is the perfect fit for you!

Get ready to crush your workout! For the best experience, be sure to bring your fitness tracker (if you have one) to track your progress, wear your most comfortable workout clothes and proper footwear so you can move with ease, and don’t forget a water bottle to stay hydrated and energized.
