About the Class

Classes are available for booking two weeks in advance. M3 (Meg's Mystery Mix) - The body adapts quickly to routine, hence variety is essential for continued progress. M3 delivers a new format each week, designed on mobility, strength, endurance and stamina in order to stimulate different muscle groups. This strategic variation helps prevent plateaus, promotes muscle growth and supports all energy systems.  A constantly varied workout will challenge the body in new ways. M3 provides effective training to scientifically align with how the body builds strength and resilience. *Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class to allow time for preparation and ensure a prompt start. This respects the instructor and fellow participants while also giving you the opportunity for a proper warm-up, which is essential for safety and performance. Late arrivals may not be able to join once class has begun.
