About the Class

Classes are available for booking two weeks in advance. A lower-body strength session designed to do more than just “work your legs.” Expect a coached, progressive workout using squats, hinges, lunges, and single-leg work using science-based loading, smart exercise selection, and expert coaching so those muscles actually adapt…building strength, improving movement quality, and driving metabolic change. Class type: (A) Anterior – Push *Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class to allow time for preparation and ensure a prompt start. This respects the instructor and fellow participants while also giving you the opportunity for a proper warm-up, which is essential for safety and performance. Late arrivals may not be able to join once class has begun.
