

Classes are available for booking two weeks in advance. This class focuses on building the strength, balance, and mobility needed for everyday life. It is appropriate for all fitness levels, including those with little or no prior exercise experience. Training emphasizes functional movement, joint health, and progressive strength work that supports bone density and overall stability. Exercises are carefully coached and adjusted as needed, with attention to form, control, and gradual progress. Participants build skills that carry beyond the gym — including lifting and carrying loads, getting up and down from the floor, and maintaining balance and stability in real-world conditions. *Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class to allow time for preparation and ensure a prompt start. This respects the instructor and fellow participants while also giving you the opportunity for a proper warm-up, which is essential for safety and performance. Late arrivals may not be able to join once class has begun.
