Classes are available for booking two weeks in advance. This Core Strength class, focuses on building a strong, stable center to support your every move. Through a variety of targeted exercises and expert guidance, you'll engage your core muscles, improve posture, and enhance overall functional strength. We will take you well on your way to minimizing back pain, improving your athletic performance, and minimizing chance of injury. Join us and experience the benefits of a solid core. *Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class to allow time for preparation and ensure a prompt start. This respects the instructor and fellow participants while also giving you the opportunity for a proper warm-up, which is essential for safety and performance. Late arrivals may not be able to join once class has begun.
