LM2 is a dynamic blend of strength training and cardio conditioning. Each session is crafted to maximize metabolic rate while building and defining muscle. We will guide you through a series of exercises that are both challenging and fun, ensuring that you get the most out of your workout. With regular attendance, you'll notice a transformation not just in your body composition but in your energy levels and endurance too. *Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class to allow time for preparation and ensure a prompt start. This respects the instructor and fellow participants while also giving you the opportunity for a proper warm-up, which is essential for safety and performance. Late arrivals may not be able to join once class has begun.
