About the Class

A full-body conditioning class designed to strengthen, tone, and define—without jumping or high-impact movements. Using controlled, intentional exercises, light-to-moderate weights, and sustained muscle engagement, this class delivers a deep burn that challenges every major muscle group. It’s joint-friendly but far from easy—expect steady intensity, serious muscle fatigue, and an energizing, powerful finish.  

Special Instructions

-BOOKING REQUIRED **If you are on the waiting list please check the app the evening before/morning of to see if you have been promoted into the class OR if a spot has opened up for you. Unbooked walk-ins will not be admitted the day-of. -PLEASE CANCEL BY 8PM THE NIGHT BEFORE: this gives those on the waiting list enough time to be notified and be able to adjust their schedules. -IF YOU ARE LATE MORE THAN 5 MINUTES YOUR SPOT WILL BE GIVEN TO SOMEONE ON THE WAITING LIST and you will not be able to enter -NO ENTRY AFTER 10 MINUTES -CHOICE SPOTS INSIDE THE STUDIO ARE FIRST-COME FIRST SERVED: If you have a preference, please come early to reserve a specific spot inside the room for yourself ONLY. Reserving spaces for friends who have not arrived to the class yet is not permitted. -PREPARE YOUR SPACE IN ADVANCE: Please come 5-10 minutes early to set up the necassary equipment for this class including mat, steps, and weights. -INDOOR SHOES ONLY: Please prepare indoor sneakers or exercise shoes worn in studio only.  -SELF-SANITIZE: Please make sure to wipe down and sanitize any shared equipment used for class before putting away neatly. -PUT ALL ITEMS BACK INTO THEIR APPROPRIATE PLACES, NEATLY: Please clean up after yourself after each class, and check for any personal belongings which may have been left behind. -NO UNAUTHORIZED CELL PHONE USE INSIDE THE STUDIO DURING CLASS.
