Bring your own yoga mat. Indoor shoes or slippers only. -PREPARE YOUR MIND: Please come 5-10 minutes early to set up any necassary equipment for this class such as your mat, weights, or bands. -WAIT LIST DAY-OF: Pre-booked members who have not arrived by 8am will be considered as no-show. The room will open up at 8am for anyone on the waiting list who arrived early to wait, on a first-come first-served basis. Class will be CLOSED for entry after 5 minutes (8:05am). -SELF-SANITIZE: Please make sure to wipe down and sanitize any studio equipment used for class before putting away neatly.
