3 Class Trial Package

Central HIIT is a small group fitness training studio located in
Marlton, New Jersey.  Founded in 2020, we started our journey
with virtual classes to support our members while the world was
quarantined at home.  In October 2021, we shifted to a hybrid
model with both in person and virtual options to fit our members
needs. 
We offer HIIT Group Training which incorporates strength,
conditioning, flexibility and agility exercises in our workouts for
a full body workout each class. Our workouts are different every
day and can be tailored to any fitness level – the important aspect
is getting your body moving, and having a little fun! Plus, classes
are ~35 minutes long, so you can fit them in your busy day!
 We also currently offer Yoga classes and Strength training
for teen athletes in their off season.
We have an amazing community that takes every opportunity to
encourage and lift eachother up, including our coaches – we work
out right beside our clients and let them see our triumphs.. and
our challenges!  We know that the community can't wait to
welcome you!
