About the Class

30-40 minute Small Group Training Classes – a mix of Strength, Balance and Cardio training for members 65+, and those needing more individualized attention in their workouts.   We incorporate strength, flexibility and balance focused exercises in our Forever Fit workouts for a full body workout each class. We’ll perform a fitness assessment with you prior to starting classes to make sure these classes are the right fit for you!
