2026 Cancellation Policy:
Non-Pinnacle Members: Any class cancellation made within the
12-hour window will incur a $25.00 fee.
Pinnacle Members: Will receive 2 late cancels or no-shows free
of charge for the month. After those are used, any additional late
cancel or no-show will carry the standard $25 fee.
Life happens, we get it. This policy is simply meant to
encourage accountability while still allowing flexibility when you
truly need it. As always, we appreciate your commitment, your
energy, and being part of the Regimen community. If you ever have
