offer online programs and coming this Fall 2023 we are opening our
in-person studio in Summit, NJ!
Ready
Set Sweat is a fitness program for busy women that offers fun,
upbeat circuit, Pilates and HIIT-style workouts where we sweat,
strengthen and move with intention.
These
workouts can be done anywhere; they will boost your metabolism,
build core strength, and tone your entire body.
I
want my clients to LOVE the way they look and feel, and I have made
it my personal mission to ensure each and every person I work with
finds their strength again.
