This is a beginner-level Vinyasa flow yoga class. You will practice standing asana (poses) which might include Mountain, Warrior, Triangle, Downward Facing Dog, along with seated poses, and beginner modifications for backbends and inversions. You will also learn to incorporate yogic breathing while starting to connect poses into a slow flow increasing strength and flexibility. Suitable for beginners or more advanced yogis looking to strengthen their understanding of the poses.
