About the Class

*CIRCUIT 45* STRENGTH/CONDITIONING - A strength and conditioning circuit training class designed to increase and build lean muscle. Alternate between stations/exercises with 45-60-90 seconds per round, each circuit meticulously designed to target different muscle groups while working the whole body with minimal amounts of rest. Because you’re moving from exercise to exercise with very little rest in between, your body produces a significant amount of cardiorespiratory response therefore, you can check off the cardio box and strength training box for the day.   *What's involved: Equipment, cable and cardio machines, Dumbbells, kettle bells, body bars, bands, medicine balls, benches, hurdles, ropes, TRX and various props provided by studio. (Varies each class)
