MONDAY MOVEMENT “GRIIT”- if yoga and HIIT had a baby, it would be one of those babies that doesnt sleep at night. A much needed Monday morning combination of “yoga fusion” and HIIT. This class focuses on the mind, music and inner strength by blending high intensity interval training (HIIT) and body weight exercises with ‘yoga-ish’ moves and postures, allowing you to increase strength and flexibility while building endurance, boosting your energy and metabolism. Each sweat session mixes short, but intense bursts of cardiovascular and bodyweight strength exercises followed by segmental flows to rest your body and mind in between.
