A slower-paced class perfect all levels, even if you've never taken a yoga class before. Everyone from absolute beginners, to beginner yogis to those that have a more advanced practice will benefit from this slower paced, uber-relaxing class. Our teacher takes you through a few simple flows and then uses props to help your body and mind open, expand, and let go. Great way to do yoga without risk of injury and for runners or other athletes to stretch safely. Release stress and find balance.
Bring a mat. We've got blankets, bolsters, blocks, straps and extra mats if you need them.
