The all new “SUNDAY SERVICE” coming in hot to start your Sunday off right! A surprise mix between stationary circuits, moving circuits & circuit “pods” - alternate between stations/exercises with 30-60-90 seconds per round. Each circuit meticulously designed to target different muscle groups while working the whole body with minimal amounts of rest. Because you’re moving from exercise to exercise with very little rest in between, your body produces a significant amount of cardiorespiratory response therefore, you can check off the cardio box and strength training box for the day. *What's involved: Equipment, cable and cardio machines, Dumbbells, kettle bells, body bars, bands, medicine balls, benches, hurdles, ropes, TRX and various props provided by studio.
