About the Class

Take your heels work and your strength to the next level while learning gorgeous flow movements. This class will make you learn to love static pole as it provides the stability to perfect your heels moves and gives you control and precision. And yes, static means creating your own momentum, so it's a great workout! NOTE: While this class is open to Level One students, you must be a strong Level One. Be able to hold your weight in split grip and forearm grip. Ability to invert is not required, but you must be actively conditioning to invert. Heels are not required but are strongly encouraged to get the most out of this class.
