Cardio Kickboxing

Rev It Up is a new 5,000 sq. ft. state of the art Martial Arts,
Fitness and Training facility in Berlin, NJ. Offering World Class
instruction in Tae Kwon Do and Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Cardio
Boot Camps, MMA, Striking, Wrestling Programs and Speed &
Agility training for middle, high school and college athletes with
instruction from NCAA national champions giving teams the edge on
the field, court and mats.
This is a first of its kind combination of disciplines under one
roof including traditional Tae Kwon Do martial arts for children to
adults with Master Dee Ann Wilcox and Black Belts heading up the
martial arts and cardio programs. Brazilian Gracie Jiu Jitsu and
MMA training headed up by Daniel Gracie and team. Wrestling and
fitness training headed up by Michael Wilcox a 2 time NCAA national
wrestling champion, 2009 national champion and most outstanding
wrestler of 2009 NCAA tournament, 2008 national runner up, 2007
third place finish and professional MMA competitor in CFFC,
Bellator.

Rev It Up's Cardio Kickboxing/Boot Camp offers a complete workout – no part of your body is left out, all while having fun! From core to small muscles, you can enjoy a complete body workout and experience increased strength, toned arms and legs, better balance and more endurance. Since this class is for both beginner and advanced participants, each member can work out at their own pace.
