glutes and boost your confidence—all while having an absolute
blast. This cardio-based workout blends dance, fitness, and
attitude into one sweaty, feel-good session that will leave your
peach poppin’ and
your endorphins flying.
Each routine is set to
high-energy music and focuses on building strength, rhythm, and
body confidence. No dance experience needed—just bring your energy,
your sass, and your best moves.
Perfect for all levels—from first-timers to
seasoned dancers—this class is all about feeling strong, sexy, and
empowered.

This membership auto-bills each month. If you would like to cancel, you need to do so by emailing centennialhillsLV@verticafitness.com with 30 days' notice. Your account will continue to be charged until you cancel.

Welcome to Vertica Fitness! We are excited to support your journey to becoming stronger, sexier, and more self-confident. Please carefully read the terms of your VIP Membership Agreement below:

Contract Term & Billing:
This is a 12-month VIP membership contract billed monthly.

By signing this agreement, you commit to completing the full 12-month term.

No cancellations are permitted during the 12-month contract except as noted in Section 3 and 4 below.

At the end of the 12-month term, your contract will automatically renew for another 12-month cycle.

To prevent renewal, you must email your studio at centennialhillsLV@verticafitness.com 30 days before the end of your current 12-month term.

Once renewed, you are responsible for the full additional 12-month period.

You may not cancel your contract early unless:
1. Medical Cancellation 
In the event of serious injury or medical incapacity with a doctor's note with 30 days notice.

2. Relocation / Moving Away
You are relocating to an address more than 50 miles from any Las Vegas Vertica Fitness location, AND you provide proof of your new address (lease, utility bill, or official mail) - with 30 days notice.

You MUST request any cancellation through our email: centennialhillsLV@verticafitness.com


No Other Cancellations or Refunds - Unless 50% is Paid.
Other than the specific exceptions listed above (injury, relocation, first-class opt-out), no cancellations or refunds will be granted UNLESS you pay 50% of the remaining contract balance in full.

Financial Responsibility:
You acknowledge that this is a legally binding contract and agree to pay your monthly membership fees for the full term.

Changes in personal finances or life circumstances do not qualify as valid reasons for cancellation.

You are responsible for ensuring your credit card on file remains current and valid throughout the term of your contract.

Late Payments, Delinquency:
If your monthly payment fails, a $25 late payment fee may be charged.

If your account becomes delinquent, it may be turned over to a third-party collection agency.

Class Reservations & Late Cancel Fees:
All classes require advance reservation.

If you miss a class or cancel with less than 12 hours notice, your card will be charged a $15 late cancel fee.


*VIP Membership: 12 month contract of unlimited classes

Good for one single drop-in of any regularly scheduled class. Not good for parties, workshops, or special events. 

*Single Drop-In Class

See how strong, sexy, and self-confident you can become. This membership gets you 8 pole classes a month. Unused classes will roll over to the next month and don't expire unless you cancel your membership!

*V-Basic Membership: 8 classes per month

Elevate your fitness journey with the 3-Month Unlimited pay in full Membership! This membership gives you unlimited access to all regularly scheduled pole classes, providing three months of transformative workouts and community connection.


Membership Policies:


No Refunds: This 3-month membership is non-refundable, non-returnable. 
At the end of the three-month term, your membership will AUTO RENEW at the current pay in full rate unless canceled 30-days before the billing date. 


Class Attendance Policy:


To avoid a $15 fee, please cancel any class you cannot attend at least 12 hours in advance. In case of an emergency, simply text your location—we’re here to help.


Cancellation Policy: 
To cancel, you must email centennialhillsLV@verticafitness.com
30 days before your next billing date. 
If you cancel late, your card will still be charged, and no refund will be issued. No text, DM, voicemail, or in person request will be accepted.
