About the Class

30 minutes of our signature Pilates followed by 30 minutes of weight lifting. We work the major muscle groups of your arms, chest, shoulders, back, butt and legs. No sweeps or burpees to be found, anywhere.  Simple, no frills, weight-lifting done safely with the intense focus on form and aligment that you have come to expect from our Pilates.

Special Instructions

THE FULL 60 is an hour long classes limited to 6 clients at $50 per class. You cannot use your Pilates packages for THE FULL 60 classes. You must purchase separately. The new summer package of 20 classes for $800 comes with ONE free THE FULL 60 class.
