Purchase Description:  PRIVATE POLE PARTY (for 9-10 people) Celebrate your special occasion with an unforgettable experience at IncrediPole! WHAT IS A PRIVATE POLE PARTY? A Private Pole Party is a fun, personalized class led by an IncrediPole instructor, created just for your group of 9 to 10 people. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, bachelorette, or just having a fun night out, this is a unique way to bond, laugh, and slay together. Your party starts with a short warm-up, followed by pole tricks, spins, and even floorwork tailored to your group’s interests and experience level. Want to keep it technical? We got you. Want to slither and twerk all over the room? Also got you. Feel free to dress up, bring your own playlist, and take photos/videos (as long as it doesn’t interfere with instruction or safety)! Got a favorite instructor? Let us know when booking if you'd like to request someone specific! WAIVER POLICY (PLEASE READ) All party members MUST sign a waiver before participating. Waivers should be completed ahead of time to maximize your party time. If a waiver is not signed prior to arrival, it must be signed before the party begins. Time spent signing waivers on-site will be deducted from your party time. No waiver = No participation. PRIVATE POLE PARTY POLICIES Parties must be paid in full at the time of booking. We do not accept deposits. Group size is 9-10 participants. If your group size changes and affects pricing, notify us at least 48 hours in advance to adjust your booking. We cannot refund for no-shows or last-minute changes. Cancellation Policy: Cancel up to 7 days before: Receive a 50% refund or reschedule at no charge. Cancel less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before: Receive a 50% refund. No rescheduling allowed. Cancel within 48 hours: No refund or rescheduling. No refunds for latecomers or guests turned away due to alcohol, drug use, or failure to sign waivers. Important Rules: No food or drinks (except water) allowed in the studio. No alcohol before or during your party. Anyone under the influence will not be permitted to participate. Arrive on time! More than 30 minutes late may result in your party being canceled with no refund.
