Purchase Description: 1-Hour Room Rentals – DUMBO Location Perfect for solo practice or to jam with a friend, this rental is for up to two people. Whether you’re working on a personal project or just need a peaceful space, the room provides a focused environment to immerse yourself in your craft. **Details:**- **What’s Included:** 1, 1-hour room rental- THE DEFAULT POLE SETUP IS 4 POLES.  If a setup other than 4 poles is required that must be requested upon booking and at least 24 hours in advance. We will reach out to confirm if we are able to accommodate the request. Capacity: 1–2 people. If your group exceeds two, please select another booking option.- Ideal For: Personal practice, creative exploration, or simply unwinding in a calm, private setting. Booking Information: **Capacity Limitations:**  Any group with more than 2 people will automatically incur a $50 charge to your card per additional person. Please make sure to book the appropriate space for your group size. **Studio Access:** Guests should not enter the studio before the scheduled start time or stay beyond the reservation. If you do, a fee will be charged.  **Commercial Use:**  - If you’re using the space for commercial purposes (anything beyond cellphone recording), please contact us for special pricing and availability. **Fees* - This charge applies to guests who leave their rental in an unacceptable condition. It includes actions such as moving furniture, leaving trash behind, leaving doors open, or any situation that requires staff to enter and clean up after you.
