45 minutes of AMRAP style strength training. This class consists of three 8 minute rounds. Each round, we will complete a set amount of reps for 3 different movements, and we will repeat this sequence of three movements as many times as possible (while maintaining good form) in the allotted 8 minutes. Once the round is complete, we rest for one minute and the instructor will demonstrate the 3 movements for the next round. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness as modifications and progressions will be provided as needed. Be mindful that you will need to be counting your own reps during this class!
