I recently took the Thursday night Barre-lates class with Amy. As someone who’s new to structured exercise classes, I wasn’t sure what to expect but the class exceeded my expectations. Instructor was welcoming and took the time to explain everything. The workout itself was a great balance of challenging and doable, even for a beginner like myself. I was encourage to go at my own pace while still being pushed just enough to get a really good workout. I highly recommend this class to anyone who’s just starting out or looking to try something new. Headed back this week.
