Cycle Craze

Amy was introduced to Spinning at Cycle Craze many years ago. To this day, she attributes her love of Spinning® to the great instructors at Cycle Craze who taught her that exercise could be both challenging and fun too! Amy continued to use spinning as the core component of her exercise regime through the years, and finished a few marathons and sprint triathlons. In November 2017, Amy got her Mad Dogg Spinning® certification and joined Cycle Craze as a substitute instructor in early 2018. She has added certifications with Mad Dogg for SPIN® Yoga and Spinning® and Core Training, as well as being certified in First Aid and CPR. Amy in married with 2 young-adult children, the youngest, Emma, sometimes even gets to be the guinea pig to preview/test her classes. When not on the Spinner® bike, she is an aspiring Adirondack 46er, with 23/46 high peaks already under her belt.
