PREREQUISITE: Pilates Reformer Fundamentals (1x minimum) Not just core conditioning: In this spring-based, total-body resistance workout, we will touch on improved flexibility and strength for every muscle right down to your toes. This is a Level I-II class; some individuals may find private instruction or more experience in Reformer Fundamentals classes necessary to participate comfortably. Approval for participation in this class is at the instructor's discretion.
THIS CLASS IS HELD LIVE INSIDE at THE PILATES ROOM As always, we have mats available for your use at no additional charge, but we recommend that you bring a mat topper or towel to place on top.
