Einav Aharon Steinberg, Professional trainer for Pilates, feminine yoga, and fitness. Specialized in elderly training, women'straining, prenatal and postnatal exercise, and pelvic floor recovery. Einav became a fully certified Pilates trainer in 2010. Trained in the classic Pilates method, she is a certified movement teacher from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance and has been a trainee instructor. Einav moved to Ithaca in August 2023 and joined the Pilates room team. She is happy to bring with her different methods to make the trainees healthier, feel better, and more knowledgeable about their own bodies.She enjoys incorporating all of her training into Pilates sessions to enable clients to move more freely and easilywhile getting stronger.
