About the Class

A 60 minute Women’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class for participants of all skill levels. This class is centered around not only the art of BJJ but how we can apply these skills in self defense situations. Participants should expect to be in contact with each other. Please wear fitted athletic clothing that will hold you. Barefoot on the mats is preferred.

Special Instructions

Once you have secured your spot in this class, you have to send payment ($28) via Venmo or Zelle to Keven (@packhouselic). If you have not sent a payment before showing up for class, there will be a QR Code for you to pay before you're able to participate.
