FastFitness is exclusively for WOMEN! We have a FUN environment with upbeat music and very affordable pricing. We have a bright, clean and convenient NEW location located at 627 West Ave, Medina, NY 14103. FastFitness is owned and operated by Kim Lockwood. Kim has 20 years in the medical field and holds a degree in Occupational Therapy. We offer Treadmills, Ellipticals, 30-minute Circuit Training, Cybex Pull-pin System, Jacobs Ladder, Sauna, Aqua Massage Therapy and much more! There's something here for everyone! With help from OEDA, we opened August 4th 2004 and by the end of their first year, Kim signed up over 300 new members and gave away 300 tee shirts.
