About the Class

Battle Rope St Small Group Training sessions combine two of the fitness industry‘s most effective training methods: Battle rope training & body weight strength training. Every workout is approximately 45 minutes and consists of no more than 4 people. The small number of people in each session allows for individual techique coaching, small group camaraderie, and awesome motivation. Each workout focuses on cardio, core, strength training & flexibility.
