your experience with one of our elite personal trainers to
challenge your body in a way that is specifically tailored to
you. Finish your workout with one of our studio yoga classes,
then retreat to the roof deck to get some air with a fresh
smoothie, juice or a healthy treat from CompleteCafe.  Lastly,
step into our Himalayan Salt Room to relax your stress away or book
a cryotherapy session to expedite your recovery between
workouts.

Our facility is 30,000 square feet of fitness
sophistication.
It was originally built for Goldman Sachs with amenities that
include a My Ride designed Spin studio, a three-story rock-climbing
wall plus an expanded sauna, and steam room.  When
CompleteBody took over the gym, they aimed to exceed expectations
by offering world-class personal trainers to help you achieve your
workout goals and CBXT program signature HIIT classes for a total
body workout experience.  Keeping true to their traditional
style, CompleteBody FiDi is open to independent personal trainers
and houses their signature juice bar with a full menu of smoothies
and snacks.  Keeping it’s Wall Street clientele in mind, this
location is pristine in its services.

CompleteBody Financial District

CompleteBody 57th is conveniently laid out on one level so there
is a seamless transition through your workout.  You can start
your workout with one of our Elite personal trainers, then finish
with a dip in our salt water pool.  Our gym is equipped with a
physical therapy center as well, so you can completely take care of
all your physical needs in one place.   
When you are ready to take a moment to relax, you can enjoy the
sun on our roof deck, slip into our sauna or book a service at our
luxury spa. Independent personal trainers are also welcome.
This spacious upscale fitness center offers a one-of-a-kind
health and wellness experience you will look forward to day after
day.
