As part of the 8-week program This class is a deloading class, where we work funtional movements using bands, body weights, dumbbells etc. It focuses on the smaller muscle groups, stability, endurance of the muscle (higher reps) and metabolic conditioning for the heart. It's a great compliment to heavy lifting. A focus on full body, functional movements. Equipment used will vary every day, including a combination of dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, rower, Monster rope, and plyometric boxes. Circuits are created using, but not limited to AMRAPs, EMOMs, and Tabatas. We always recommend a personal assessment before taking any class. However, if that is not possible, we ask that all participants at least come physically healthy, as this is still a class and wholesale modifications cannot be made. Classes can be attended a la carte or as the 8-week, 5 days per week program.
