Teen Girls Strength Class (Ages 15–17) Program Overview Duration: 60-minute sessions Age Group: Teen girls (15–17 years old) Focus: This class is designed to teach older teen girls how to exercise safely and effectively while building overall strength and confidence. As these young women prepare for the transition to adulthood, this program focuses on setting them up for long-term success—whether they’re heading off to college or starting their independent fitness journeys. Participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to train on their own, emphasizing empowerment, confidence, and technical excellence in strength training. Class Structure <ol> <li class="li2">Warm-Up: Each session begins with dynamic stretches and mobility exercises to prepare the body for activity and prevent injuries.</li> <li class="li2">Activities:</li> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li2">Body Weight Training: Focused exercises to enhance control, strength, and endurance using their own body weight.</li> <li class="li2">Weight Training: Advanced weightlifting techniques to develop power and strength safely and effectively, preparing them for future fitness endeavors.</li> <li class="li2">Conditioning: High-energy activities designed to improve agility, cardiovascular fitness, and overall athleticism.</li> <li class="li2">Empowerment Focus: Discussions and activities to foster resilience, confidence, and self-esteem, helping participants feel strong and capable both inside and outside of class.</li> </ul> <li class="li2">Independence Preparation: This class includes guidance on creating effective workout plans and understanding key principles of strength training to ensure participants feel confident training independently in any setting, from college gyms to home workouts.</li> </ol> Exclusive App Access As part of this program, participants will receive beta access to our Women's Strength app (for college-aged participants), designed to help them stay consistent and confident as they transition to working out on their own. The app will provide: Recorded lifts and progress tracking. Customizable workout plans based on the techniques learned in class. Virtual guidance for when they can’t be in the gym. This tool ensures they’ll have the support and structure they need, even after they’ve moved on from the program. Enrollment Details Semester: April 21st-June 26th Blackout Dates: None Policies Make-Up Classes: Make-ups are offered when space allows but are not guaranteed. Make-ups have no monetary value, and individual classes cannot be pro-rated if missed due to conflicts or illness. Refunds: Full refunds are available up to one week before the start of the first session. Pro-Rates: Available only during the second week of the semester. Exceptions: Exceptions are made for injuries with a doctor’s note. If injury prevents participation for the remainder of the semester, credits may be issued for future purchases.
