Prerequisite: Aerial Hoop Level 2 You’ll challenge your strength and flexibility as we continue to explore poses, more complex transitions and rotations. Get ready to swing and spin while suspended in the air. You’ll also work on a single and double point hoop. You will need to take Level 2 Aerial Hoop prior to taking this class or have instructor approval. 60 Minutes. * We would highly suggest coming to open aerial and adding more practices to your schedule. * Want to get stronger faster?
