Our unique Sports Performance class is designed to develop speed, agility, power, functional strength as well as resilience for the demands of each sport and discipline. We address these needs by progressing in a linear fashion, increasing demand as our athletes master proper movement patterns and techniques. Designed for athletes with a more extensive athletic background. Our program uses advanced strength and conditioning techniques that suits the needs of an advanced level athlete, ensuring they are ready for their next competitive season.
