About the Class

 Join our Certified Pilates Instructors, for a 45-minute Pilates class that will include a warm up and cool down stretch!  This class is open to all fitness levels and will be a heated mat Pilates format focused on strength, mobility and full body movements with a heavy focus on core. Our instructors also offer modifications, and are committed to making sure you have a good experience and feel comfortable and strong throughout the duration of class.
