other members from different membership levels

At Empire Wrestling Academy, our goal is to use wrestling as a
vehicle to promote a healthy lifestyle. Wrestling provides young
athletes with mental tools to approach life in a positive “can do”
manner. Obstacles are looked at as challenges by wrestlers, not
problems. Excuses are not part of our culture.
We do not measure success with medals or trophies. We believe
that an individual is successful when he or she continually commits
to close the gap between their performance and their potential and
when he or she understands that such a commitment represents a way
of life, not merely a means to an end.
Empire Wrestling Academy provides the tools that
student-athletes need in order to undertake such commitments.

1 Week Free Trial - Junior Titan ( K-6th)

Our Elite program is appropriate for grades 7-12th for wrestlers that are ready to commit to year round training. If your athlete is below 100 lbs please contact us prior to signing up for your free trial. 
Join our Elite Staff and learn from former Division 1 wrestlers, college coaches, and a Division 3 All-American. The Elite Team is truly a team. We train year-round, compete at the highest level events, as well as appropriate events for our newer Elite Team members. This program is for anyone who aspires to wrestle in college. We have assisted in placing over 170 members into collegiate programs.
Our free trials are ALWAYS no-obligation.

The Club Program is appropriate for grades 7-12th. If your child is under 100 lbs please call us before signing your athlete up for the trial program. 
Join our Elite Staff and learn from former Division 1 wrestlers, college coaches, and a Division 3 All-American. The club team focuses on skill and technical development, as well as lots of live wrestling. 
Our free trials are ALWAYS no-obligation.

15 weeks | 26 classes
Monday and Wednesday 6:30- 8:00pm
No practice on 4/14 4/16 4/21 & 5/26
Bonus - Empire North Members can come to our Somers location Sundays
